Bet Rupees Terms and Conditions — Rules for All Players

Welcome to Bet Rupees. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player") and Bet Rupees ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of all services, games, promotions, and features available at betrupees.im. These Terms apply to every player who registers an account, deposits funds, participates in any game, or claims any bonus on Bet Rupees.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or continue using the platform. Continued use of Bet Rupees after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use a Bet Rupees account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bet Rupees is strictly an adults-only platform. Allowing anyone under 18 to access your account is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, for personal recreational use only. Corporate accounts or accounts operated by third parties on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from gambling platforms or subject to any voluntary or mandatory exclusion order.
• You must not already hold an active Bet Rupees account. Each player is entitled to one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration. False registration details are grounds for immediate account closure.

When you register a Bet Rupees account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your password with anyone, including with family members or people claiming to act on your behalf. Bet Rupees will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold one active account on Bet Rupees. If duplicate accounts are detected — whether registered to the same email address, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — all accounts involved may be closed. Any balance in duplicate accounts may be voided, and any winnings generated from those accounts will not be paid out.

2.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity on your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Bet Rupees immediately via live chat or email. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, restrict access to prevent further unauthorised use. Bet Rupees will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

2.3 Account Currency

All Bet Rupees accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and all financial figures displayed within the platform are in PKR. There is no conversion from foreign currency — your account balance is what it says, in rupees.

Bet Rupees accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise specified in a promotion.

3.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your Bet Rupees balance within a few minutes. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. Bet Rupees will credit your account as soon as the payment is confirmed on our end — any delays caused by your bank or payment provider are outside our control.

3.2 Deposit Ownership

All funds deposited into your Bet Rupees account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from a third party into your account, is not permitted. Any attempt to fund your account from a method that does not belong to you may result in account closure and the forfeiture of the deposited funds pending an investigation.

3.3 Failed Deposits

If a deposit transaction is initiated but does not appear in your Bet Rupees balance within 30 minutes, contact our support team via live chat with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to repeat the deposit before confirming the status of the original transaction, as this may result in a duplicate charge.

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

4.1 Verification Requirement

Before processing your first withdrawal, Bet Rupees will request identity verification. You will be asked to provide a clear copy of your CNIC (front and back) and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method being used. This is a one-time process — once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawals proceed without the same documentation requirement unless circumstances change.

4.2 Processing Times

Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 24 hours during banking hours. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. Bet Rupees aims to approve all verified withdrawal requests within the same business day they are submitted.

4.3 Wagering Conditions on Bonuses

If your account balance includes active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, the bonus portion of your balance must complete the stated wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited by you are always withdrawable, independent of any bonus balance you hold. Wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

Bet Rupees offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, referral rewards, cashback offers, and VIP benefits. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The general principles below apply to all bonuses unless explicitly overridden by promotion-specific terms.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once using multiple accounts or payment methods constitutes abuse and will result in account action.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Bet Rupees players only — players who have not previously held an account and are making their first qualifying deposit.
• Bonuses credited as a result of the Refer a Friend programme are treated as real-money balance and are not subject to wagering requirements, unless the specific promotion states otherwise at the time of crediting.
• Bet Rupees reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. If a promotion is terminated early, players who have already qualified for a reward before the termination date will receive their rewards as stated at the time of qualification.
• Bonuses are awarded in PKR and are credited directly to your account balance. The credited amount will be clearly labelled in your transaction history.
• Any attempt to use promotional funds in a way that is determined to be exploitative — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent — may result in the removal of bonus funds and associated winnings.

All games available on Bet Rupees are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own published rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) figures. These are accessible within the game information panel of each title. Bet Rupees does not modify game logic, alter RTPs from their certified values, or adjust outcomes.

6.1 Game Results

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are final once a game round is completed. Bet Rupees does not accept disputes regarding outcomes that have been properly generated by the RNG system. If you believe a technical malfunction has affected the result of a game, contact support immediately with the game name, round ID, and approximate time of the issue.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a confirmed technical error or system fault that demonstrably affected the fairness of a game round, Bet Rupees reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. Winnings generated by a clearly malfunctioning game will not be paid out. Bets voided due to technical faults will be refunded to the player's real-money balance.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game on Bet Rupees has a minimum and maximum bet limit, displayed within the game interface. Bet Rupees reserves the right to set additional account-level betting limits where necessary — for example, as part of responsible gaming measures or during an identity verification review.

Bet Rupees is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We offer a full suite of account-level tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity at all times. • Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to limits require a cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further gameplay is paused until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after you have been playing for a specified duration, prompting you to review your session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict access to your Bet Rupees account. Temporary exclusion options range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent exclusion is irreversible.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bet Rupees. Engaging in any of the below will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Creating more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or any automated mechanism to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform features.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or circumvent any security or game logic on the Bet Rupees platform.
• Colluding with other players to unfairly influence game outcomes, particularly in live dealer table games.
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate profit. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error are void.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment credentials, or any form of financial crime. Bet Rupees complies with anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or at any point during the identity verification process.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Bet Rupees staff in any communication channel.

Bet Rupees reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. The most common grounds for account action are:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, abuse of promotions, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to your details.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, funds may be permanently forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, real-money deposits will be returned to the originating payment method.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

Bet Rupees provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform stability and game availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to all services at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bet Rupees shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from technical failures outside of Bet Rupees' reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures at third-party game providers, or payment network disruptions.
• Loss of profit or opportunity resulting from any account restriction, suspension, or downtime.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any direct loss arising from a confirmed platform error is limited to the value of the stake placed on the affected game round. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. In brief: we collect only the information necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process your transactions, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Continuing to use your Bet Rupees account after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may close your account before the effective date without penalty, and any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
